President Obama today signed H.R. 2715 into law, just days after it passed the
U.S. Senate and House of Representatives nearly unanimously, putting an end to
an unintentional ban on youth ATVs and off-highway motorcycles that has lasted
for more than two years.
but along with some other bullshit stuff that is just more rules.........
