lucky the book was not thrown at them...
    - no signals, no horn, no break lights, no headlight
    - no air bags, no seat restraints, missing license plate
    - questionable brakes
    - probably no insurance
    - and holy shit possibly even littering!

 

Reminds me of the accident I had once on the bike. The
cop filling out the accident report asks me if I was wearing
my seat belt. I said bikes don't have seat belts. So she said then
the answer is no? I said no, the answer is does not apply.
She says there's no hoice for does not apply, is the answer
no. I said bikes don't have seat belts, I won't say no, it makes
me look guilty. She couldn't figure out what to write so
finally I told her I was wearing my seat belt, and that's what
she put on the accident report.  Un believable.
