1984 Honda engine head ID

 Hi folks, I'm rebuilding a 1984 Honda CB450 engine and need a bit of
information to identify a replacement head.

The casting ID of the original head is H-7, the casting is located directly
between the 2 exhaust ports. I have another head (visually very close to the
original) which has a casting ID of H-4. I also have a CM400a bike with a
head casting ID is H-B.

So, for those that have a Honda 350 - 450 motorcycle (1970 - 1989 range),
could you take a look for the casting ID between the exhaust ports. If it's
H-4 could you let me know the year and model of the bike.
