Wonder how this will affect

, a similar product, just with better commercials.

I only skimmed the news and heard more on the radio, but I think it came out
at some point that the medical endorsements for what Smiling Bob was using
were fudged.

If this is true, it would affect the whole industry.

I think the major issue in the prison term -- and again I only skimmed the
news -- is that the company was refusing to accept returns and cancel
recurring charges. They may have been counting on the reluctance of many
customers to then take up the matter with their bank (because of the product
involved). This is more tangible fraud than selling a product with medical
endorsements lacking credibility.

So, you're saying you didn't get all the way into it?

heh, only thing I'll miss is the ads. From the first ad our comments
were "Yeah he only smiles like that because the skin is pulled back
from his face" and the look on the wifes face can only be described as
"Joyous agony" well that's what the wife said.
