Have decided that my next purchase will be a Wee-Strom. I still haven't
decided orange vs. gray, but that is a personal decision and I'll know when
I see an orange one in person.
The bigger question is ABS vs. Not ABS ...
I'm leaning towards ABS.
Are there any downsides I'm not seeing?
Thanks, Datesfat

No, there aren't. It weighs a couple kilos, and d you need specific
tools and procedures to change fluid. That is all.
The braking distances an inexperienced rider can get with ABS are quite
impressive, compared to a seasoned rider without ABS.

True, though I think the weight penalty is slightly larger.
The real problem is the expense when/if it fails, but that's true of so
much technologt.

Cought me on german translation of couple. Didn't mean exactly '2', but
more like 'a handful,' found numbers between 4 and 10.

It's japanese, so the odds of it failing are rather low.

That's more like it. Japanese is smaller and lighter than German, I
think

That's also true. In my experience, it's not so much the ABS system
failing (unless people neglect the super-important brake fluid changes)
but age and weather corroding the electrical connections.
