Another great Nevada County Food and Toy run

 Today was the 17th annual Nevada County Food and Toy run and it was great.

The forcast was for rain and possibly snow but the overcast broke to
mostly sunny about 8:00 this morning and the temperature climbed to
almost 40F by procession time.  I estimate 1600 bikes took the ride
and that riders contributed about 3000 toys and two tons of food!

The route was lined with people waving and cheering and the joy I
witnessed and experienced is impossible for me to describe.

What a great way to kick-start the holidays!
