I'm thinking of attempting to stuff another bike into the garage. One that
caught my fancy is the Suzuki C50T. It's small but has lot of the
advantages of bigger bikes, like shaft drive, EFI, and is water cooled.
Any 2007 owners out there that would like to enlighted me (or us) as to
likes and dislikes?

I have a 2007 C50C which is the same basic bike without the touring
accessories but with alloy wheels and tubeless tires. I bought it new in
March this year and put over 7000 miles on it. As you mentioned, it has
_both_ EFI and shaft drive which is unique for this size/price range. It
also has an offset crankshaft so the engine runs a bit smoother than V-
twins with a single crank.
Gas mileage averages 48-49 mpg if you don't drive like a maniac. If you
let the gas run down to the point where the gauge is blinking, find a gas
station quick. At that point you only have enough left for about 10-12
miles and can get fuel starvation if you go up a steep hill or accelerate
quickly.
With a windshield you get some wind coming up around the gas tank directed
at your face. A set of lowers should correct this (I just bought some but
haven't installed yet).
The only problem I've had was one time the rear brakes got stuck inside the
drum and wore down the pads. This was repaired under warranty by the
dealer.
