I have taken on a new project and may retire the Oldwing to sidehack duty.
I am looking for parts for a Honda ST1100 (all years) and really hate
dealing with junkyards. They give dealers a good name.
Rear wheel, seat, speedo, bags, body parts(broken ok), etc.
Ping me at; arborigine at yahoo dotcom ; if you have a line on some
parts.

Check Ebay. There's usually enough ST parts floating there to build a whole
bike. There are some subtle differences in body parts from year to year.
Handlebar covers, and the side covers under the seat changed somewhere between
'91 and '99. I have the handlebar plastic from a '91, you can have it for the
price of shipping. It won't fit my '99.

It sounds like you have the one I gave to the insurance company a couple of
years ago. It isn't silver, is it? Rear wheel caved in? Most body work either
gone or busted? The frame's warped and it needs right side switch gear.

I'm watching Ebay, Craigslist, and 2 ST1100 discussion groups. It doesn't
hurt to look elsewhere tho.
This is a Cop bike with 12,500 miles on it. Last year of civillian
production was a 02 model, this was delivered in 9 of 04. They "laid 'er
down" and wrongly assumed the forks were bent, then used it for a donor to
other cop bikes, then it went to auction. Runs great, it just won't go
anywhere yet.
