Don't let bu$h do to the United States what his very close

You know, I had one of those old 450's, but
one like mine is not shown anywhere there.
It was a 1970, I think. And, it was called a
scrambler. But, unlike those pictures where
the scrambler versions have an upswept pipe
on either side, mine had both upswept pipes
on the shift side. But, it was an orange color
like the 1971 CB450K4 picture. Maybe it
was the candy gold, or valley green color(s)
mentioned.
But, I seem to recall it having a drum, not disc,
front brake.
It was really a great bike that gave me many
years of fun.

Those are a beautiful and noteworthy example of ingenuity and
progress.
For looks, I like the ones with the chrome gas tank. Retro and
cool.

A fantastic site, Henry.
Here's a pic of my sister's Trail 90

And one of my dad's '68 350 scrambler.

His had some aftermarket pipes that gave it more power than the stock
mufflers.
The Touring 90 is cute -

I had an orange 1971 CL350K3 just like the one pictured. I put
10,000 miles a year on it while I was in college. It was a great
bike and I thought it was bulletproof until I went just over 100mph
(long, downhill straightaway on the interstate) and ruined the
engine. It still ran, but never went over 80mph again.
