My two tubes of grease arrive tomorrow. Fun fun!
Anyway, will disassemble, inspect, touch up, etc. my swingarm.
The grease (a synthetic) indicates it usually does but might not always
peacefully coexist with other types of grease, and that in general it is
better to get the other grease out.
How does one do this?
I can remove the swingarm bearing seals, but I don't have a solvent washer
or similar device available.
Any tricks for removing the old grease?

if you can get a good price on a sense of humour.

Why should I do that? You apparently used the same method and got ripped
off.
