Used motorcycles, like virtually anything else that's bought and sold,
are most definitely *not* sold "as is" unless so stated, or unless the
advert makes absolutely no claims whatsoever as to condition and the
seller says not a word during the selling procedure. Which is a rare
event.

The solution is obvious. If you own a bike with a side stand interlock then
for safety's sake destroy it and buy a bike with a "Jiffy Stand". <g>

hmm, wonder if I could retrofit those to MY motorcycles...harleys are
agricultural equipment just like moto guzzi's.
