My son told me in August that he likes my GoldWings's brake light
modulator and he smiled when I responded that Christmas is coming.
He rides a Honda CBR600F4; I'm not certain which year. Is there a
modulator that is known to work well with the the 600F4?

Signal Dynamics make some great ones. Don't know about specifics for
the 600F4, but I use one in my Concours. http://www.signaldynamics.com/
is a video of it in action on
a set of LEDs I put into a travel trunk. Although that one, which is
the WigWag is really only good if you have more than one brake light.
Their regular BackOff-XP works nicely on single taillights.
