A pity....the 1125 was a cool looking bike. Surely somone will buty the
Buell brand and carry on? They don't need the Harley motors anymore.....

Frankly, I prefer the Sportster motor to the Rotax for street riding.
And yes, I have ridden both.
It's easy to loft the front wheel on a Ulysses.
It's difficult to keep it down on the 1125.
Might be fine for pros but that's not me.
A good torquey motor with adequate power is preferable to a wild high
strung motor for 99% of the riding 99% of us do every day.
Mind you, the right thigh heat on the Uly is a deal breaker for me.
