I wonder why they chose the pallet approach. I just would have gone with
steel.
I'm not smiling at all. I frankly think they are total blithering idiots.
I don't think they are idiots for building something like that and trying it
out. But AT LEAST if it is your first time doing it, wear a little
protection. Later, as it gets more comfortable, then you might get sloppy.
Reckless idiots for riding on that first time without protection.

There was a feature movie a few years back - prolly 20 at least. I
think it was Aussie or maybe Kiwi.
The hero lived on a farm out in the boonies. He built a wall of death.
It was much simpler, without the structural stability that a stack of
pallets gives. When he rode up the walls, they would give, moving back
and forth. You felt like they would collapse at any moment.
I can't find it in IMDB.
