Well right now it os only people in British Columbia who will be
paying.
Now if that group of US mayors has their way and tries to avoid using
oil from the Alberta tar sands, not only will you poor US suckers be
paying up to $8.00 per gallon, you will also have fuel rationing.
I think we should start selling our oil to friendlier nations. ;-)
