Catapillar cleared in the death of Rachel Corrie

 Case was clear cut and had been an easy win in the lower courts.
Caterpillar was the manufacturer who sold the D9 to the US Government and
had no other involvement.  What is also clear is that much of the so called
evidence on the left wingnut sites is fraudulent.  The only surprise is that
it came from the 9th circuit.
