Chopper kits

 

It has been a long time since anyone has talked about choppers or
chopper kits. I am a chopper enthusiast and am wondering if anyone out
there has successfully built their own chopper kit or other kind of
kit bike. Thought it would be interesting to get someone's personal
take on the whole process. Good...bad....partial....cost...where did
you get the kit from? Those kinds of things :)

Have my own chopper kit blog: <a href="http://

as I possibly can.

 


My mentors told me a "chopper" was a Harley Davidson "JD" model with the
frame and tanks shortened to make it handle quicker.  I don't think anybody
is cutting up JDs any more <G>.

 



Don't worry - with a lot of work, that's curable these
days.
