I see a difference of $800.00 between the MSRP for the 09 and 10
DL1000s. That said they are offering $2800 off the 09 models right
now.
2009 DL1000SEK9 V-Strom 1000 SE
MSRP: $12,499 | SAVE: $2800
$9,699

Agreed!

Obviously this is your business, but I would not be signing a
commitment to purchase a bike without being absolutely positive I
would have the cash when the note comes due. It might get a little
awkward if the settlement was delayed or for some reason the ruling
went against you.

Eggs, count, hatched... that's been on my mind all right.

According to what I've read Suz isn't importing any 10's to the US.
You get your choice of a new 08 or 09.
If your dealer is willing to do this, then there is more room to move on the
price.
No one would let 7K of inventory sit on the floor for 2 more months and have
to pay inventory tax on it.
