I can see someone's roads deteriorating like those in CA - land of the 8"
deep potholes. >:o/

Oh wait. Maybe those 8" deep potholes are really speedbumps on I-5.

There are a couple of privately-owned and operated toll roads in Virginia. The
extension of the Dulles [airport] toll road is another.
