These plugs came with my "new" motorcycle (which seems to run fine), so
all I know for sure is they have less than 16K miles.
They may be just a tiny bit worn down on the spark area?

There is surprisingly little material missing. I'd say they aren't very
worn.

It's running cold and very rich, or you ride really slow. It may be
pumping some oil past the oil control rings, too.
Usually, when you see electrode erosion, it's because the engine is
running hot and clean.

And they have been in use a VERY long.
Replace and inspect again in a few hundred miles.

Tell me why you think so? Too much carbon buildup?
