The more I see of him the more I realise what a brilliant comedic
actor he is, not to mention how brilliantly Boston Legal is scripted.

Shatner has really surprised me on a lot of levels.
I think he is 72 or 73 now, and kind of (in my opinion) having a career
renaissance. I think James Tiberius Kirk has had an interesting life.
I'm not even sure that some of his current following has seen a single
episode of Star Trek or T.J. Hooker. They're just not old enough.

To my surprise, I've discovered that Shatner turned 77 in March (born
22 March 1931). Another surprise (more of a shock really) was that
Star Trek first aired 42 years ago. The time has gone by at warp
speed.
