Did these guys ever watch the movies? This armor did exactly jack shit for
the stormtroopers. Lasers went right through them, head butting trees knock
them out, even little furry creepy things kicked their asses with rocks and
sticks.
Hardly a glowing endorsement for real protective equipment.
Darth Vader, on the other hand, was badass...
