Poor old Bob Nixon, so scared that rolling back the displacement and
cylinder count of Forumla 1 automobile engines is going to ruin the
show....

Anyone who likes motorcycle roadracing should watch the SpeedTV High-
Def coverage of the AMA's spec class XR1200's at Miller Motorsportrs
Park last weekend.   What a freakin' great show!   Great big, tall,
heavy, underpowered, pushrod v-twins with guys climbing all over and
around them, wrestling them to the ground, wrestling them back up
again, tucking in, drafting, popping up and braking so hard you can
see their damn arms working to keep them from going over the bars.....

Shit, makes me hope for a Indy Roadster revival, or a 1960's F1
vintage race class, just so I can see the damn drivers shifting and
steering and bracing themselves against the cockpit coamings.  It
would also be good if the front-engined Indy Roadsters burned a little
oil, so I could see the drivers scrubbing at their goggles with the
backs of their sleeves on the straights.

Hell, who needs Kinetic Energy Recovery Systems or Drag Reduction
System rear wings?

I'd always thought that ol' Walt had come by the clap in a very
different way.

Most likely from Krusty.
