I left this morning to do a little shopping and by noon I found myself
40 miles from home, sitting on a bench in front of an old fashioned
ice cream shop, enjoying a double scoop of Tiger, in a waffle cone.
Friggin motorcycles. :-)

"Tiger?" Assume it's a local thing. 'Splain, please.
All in all, though, sounds like a great idea. In fact, I know the
tank's full of gas right now, and gee, I DO need to do "a
little shopping"....:-)!!!!!

Tiger?
Orange ice cream with a licorice swirl. I didn't know this was a
unique Canadian flavour.
Good for us! It is delicious!

Tastes better without it.
You would have liked this shop Chuck. It's on a western theme main
street with lots of room for benches out front. On any sunny summer
day most of the benches are full. Inside there is a huge chalk board
with the various flavours written in different coloured chalk. It's a
family operation and at the beginning of the line up area is a sign
"To serve you faster we do not accept debit cards, credit cards or
cheques. Cash is acceptable"
To make the location even better, there is a Saloon across the street
that serves the best buffalo burgers in Alberta. We often go there
for a burger and then walk across the street for an ice cream.
