I just got back from my final ride of the year. I have to admit
however, I took the MC because it allows me to park (illegally) a few
feet from the insanely busy liquor store. A little chilly. Typical
Vancouver December weather minus the rain.

Yep, me too. It's amazing how many others had the same idea today. It was
kinda like a religious experience -- only faster.
I wonder if anyone is going to do their first-ride-of-the-year tomorrow?
I'll keep you posted.

I'm back. And, snow permitting, I always ride on January 1, and plan
to do so tomorrow.
