Personally, I perfer to punish the guilty and their friends rather than the
innocent.  Thus, I would simply eliminate the terrorist threat, and a number
of world problems, by eliminating the terrorists, rather than subject
travellers to such indignities.  We have plenty of nukes and the sources of
terrorism are pretty well defined.  Naturally, YMMV.

Like most modern holding facilities, there will be a camera in every
cell.

I would prefer to wait for the privacy of an adult movie theater.

Speaking of that, I haven't been in one of those places with viewing
booths for a couple decades.  I have to assume they've gone fully
digital now so you don't have to keep putting in quarters.
