The first testicular guard, the "Cup," was used in Hockey in
1874 and the first helmet was used in 1974.
That means it only took 100 years for men to realize that
their
brain is also important.

How ridiculous. Helmets to the protect the skull and brain have been
used for thousands of years. Try again.

Your are not suggesting the first helmet used in hockey was in 1974 are you?
I have one older than that in a closet downstairs.
