I have had a cheap Vetter helmet for many years just sitting in my
closet. I took it out recently to possibly sell on Ebay, and noticed a
yellowish , sticky substance on the outside. Could this be glue coming
off, or the styrofoam shell deteriorating? Does this make the helmet
unsafe?
