How about this..
If your bike is registered in another state with speed limits as high as
75, and you go to another state, and the max speed limit is 55.. can
they ticket you for speeding if you are going 75 in that other state?

How 'bout this?
If your bike is registered in a state where it is legal to carry a Glock
in the tankbag without a CCW permit, can you leagally ride it with the
Glock in the tankbag (sans permit) through Washington, D.C.?
