Honda Shadow 500 Turn Signal Relay Location

 Does anyone know where the turn signal relay is located on a Honda
Shadow 500 (1983)?

I seem to have a loose connection at the relay. Sometimes The turn
signals do not work at all, other times when I go over a bump they
work fine for a while.

Item #28 is the flasher.

Before you buy a new flasher, be sure all the turn signal connections are
tighten and clean and that the light bulb sockets are clean.

Any bad connection keeps the flasher from getting enough current to heat up
the bimetallic element and make the lights flash.
