John,
I have, and Corbin (or Mustang) is my plan "B", in case the DIY
approach fails.
I like Corbin better, but I have read somewhere that the model for my
bike will move me forward about 1", and that's exactly oppisite to
what I'm trying to achieve. Mustang (I had a chance to try their
"regal" model) is much softer, but I'm not sure that soft =3D more
comfy.
The reason I decided to do the foam work myself is to move my position
little to the back (I'm 5' 11", so Shadow is little bit too short for
my legs...) Plus, having a chance to shape the seat to my "posterior"/
sitting position, I should be able to get a more comfortable seat.
In addition, I was going to install a gel pad (not available from
either Corbin or Mustnag, AFAIK), but wasn't sure if they are really
as good as the manufacturers want you to believe...
Thank you
Yuriy
