i did have a relative who thought he was draining the oil when he drined
the filter located in a spot on the bottom of the crankcase.
he would then fill with 2 quarts of oil.
after a few of these treatments, the bike would smoke when revved up.
he finally brought it to me for a look.
i was draining the crankcase expecting 2 quarts of oil to hit my small
drain pan....i felt like the monkey trying to put the cork back in...
ultimately we got about 6-8 quarts out of his little suzuki. <G>
