What's the best way to clean rust from chrome parts? Is there a chemical
that will remove rust from the heads of screws, nuts and bolts, etc?
Also, what is the best way to prevent rust?

Surprisingly, 0000 steel wool works best. Once you have a nice
shine, some sort of protection like Honda Spray Cleaner or wax will
keep it from returning.

Has anyone seen that around lately? My local shop doesn't carry it any

Pretty sure Honda still sells a product by that name but
it has been re-formulated to make it 'greener'[1]
