Yep, stand up bike with a windshield.. directly for or against the
wind is going to have a pretty good impact on the gas mileage.

I lost my hard earned paper route money when I was a young boy in a
card game. I have never gambled since. It's the one addiction not in
my inventory. I can't imagine putting $500 down on a game. I'm still
that not well off and I still work pretty hard for the money.
