Hmmmm, the more I ride this Uly, the more I like it. But, the more I get
into it, the more I find the words "Made in Japan".
Rubbers, electronic controls, and other ancillary parts are Japanese, so
far.
BIG logo on tank says "BUELL American Motorcycles"
LOL!

My Softail came with Japanese rear shocks. They
only lasted about a year. The Works shocks I
bought to replace them are made here in California
and are *far* superior.
The front forks are also Japanese. They were junk
until I installed the American built cartridge emulators
and the American built fork brace.
Japanese carb is okay. I get over fifty mpg on the
freeway!
If I ever replace it, there's plenty of used carbs on the
market as many people replace ''em with an American
built S&S unit that makes more power.
