As it stands now we have about twelve riders joining us for a few days
of great riding, good food and I am sure many tall tales, in Moab
Utah.
JUNE 19th, 20th & 21st
We have three group cabins booked at Pack Creek Ranch, and still have
room for maybe up to five or six more people to join us.
In order to avoid any cancellation penalties I will have to confirm
the cabins by the middle of this month. If there are any of you
undecided about making the trip and sitting on the fence, now is the
time to speak up. If we can't fill the final few spots, we'll drop one
cabin and go with two.
There will be a lot going on over the three days. There will be our
very informal meet, greet & eat. Several of our riders will be testing
their dual purpose machines in the Moab and Canyon Lands dirt.
As for me and a few others we will be sticking to the asphalt,
exploring some of Utah's and Colorado's finest riding roads, including
the Million Dollar Highway.
Of course there is always the spectacular beauty of the Canyon Lands
if you want to do the tourist thing. There are some pretty incredible
riding roads there too.
There is also the ISRA Cruise In being held in downtown Moab. If you
ride a Star motorcycle membership to the ISRA is free. If you ride
something other than a Star, even one of those Harleys, you could take
in the ISRA events as my guest. There is a registration fee for the
ISRA gig. Here is their website:

Aside from covering your own expenses our meet is free.
So give it some thought. If you are within riding distance of Moab and
have a few free days in June, dust the cobwebs off your bike and join
us. We're gonna have some fun.
Check out the web site for more info.

I travelled that area a few years ago and just wanted to say that there is a
wonderful little road close to Boulder called the Burr Trail. I highly
recommend it for scenery and the ability and to putt along at a real slow
pace and stop to take pics with no traffic to worry about.

I have the whole week marked off on my office calendar.
It will be the first full week I've taken off in 5 years.
Although, I still don't know what I'm going to ride.
Perhaps I should trailer?
Thumper
Only seven days in a week to ride, plus eleven motorcycles = problems!

Too many decisions! Too many great roads to ride! And not enough time!
I guess the only thing I could add is if you decide to join us in
Moab, and we'd all like to see ya there, best book a room or a bed
soon, cuz with our meet and the ISRA gig at the same time,
accommodation will dry up pretty quick.

I tried to join the forum. On Mar 31st, I received this:
"Your account is currently inactive, the administrator of the board
will need to activate it before you can log in. You will receive
another email when this has occured."
If the administrator is out there, will you please wake up, get off
your duff, and activate me? Pretty please. Or tell me to FOAD - your
choice.
