Lifan

 Just wondering what people think of Lifan.  I'm thinking about a 2008
Lifan scooter, and not much info available regarding reliability that
I've found.

Allegedly, they're one of the better Chinese makers and I think they
make some compnents for Honda. They also make cars. But still, I'd
recommend gettig anything other than a Chinese scooter - the quality
isn't there yet.

Or get a Taiwanese or Korean product. Kymco is a Taiwanese brand, and
they sell very well in Italy, and the Italians know a thing or two about
scooters. Hyosung, from Korea, is also well received these days.
