I ran across a mean one today outside of Gilmer TX. I waved he shot me
the finger. I shot him one back. He hit his brakes, I hit mine. He
turned around in the middle of the road, I just pulled over and waited.
He fell over in the middle of the road. I drove off in a safe maner, I'm
pretty sure the spill took away some of his meaness. And yes, it was a
Harley rider.

In all my years of riding all the other stuff, and being ignored or
not waved back at, I have never experienced anyone give me the finger.
Of course, living in the Northeast, I've never ridden in Texas. But, I
don't doubt it happened.

I've never been flipped off by another biker, but cage drivers are
another question altogether. We've got plenty of agressive drivers out
here in California, and many of them are driving cars with out-of-
state plates.

I'll trade you all your out-of-state drivers for *just* the Califonia
drivers in this state...
