There was a quota? So how come you got all the left-wing fruitcakes
up north and we got all the right-wing equivalents down here in the
south?

Sounds like profiling to me!

Maybe a bussing plan ?

Actually, I'm very fond of places like Santa Cruz and
Berserkely. It's a real kick to find myself on the right
wing of the political spectrum.

It could be but I've never found it a waste of my time to go to
court when I had to. Either traffic court or jury duty. ;^) I don't
mind it at all, not when I know factually that I'm right. It's just
time and I've all the time in the world.
There are some motorcycles out there that are loud from the word
go. I know the LS650/S40 was loud and still is. My motorcycle is
naturally loud. Does that make me in violation of the law? Does that
make other motorcycles that are loud in violation?
I agree that particular law is so poorly worded that just about
anyone could probally beat it.

It's moot now as they've repealed it under pressure.
