WHY? Not being critical but in all my years of riding I've never had a
need to do 95mph except when passing, whether it was on the left the
right or right up the middle... I watch the road, watch the cages and
make predictions on what they'll do next (rarely am I wrong). Oh I
listen to tunes...usually a walkman (swaping tapes is fun...wakes me
up) or the little pos MP3 player I finally got with 2gig card. Put it
on random and enjoy the sounds. Mind you it gets frisky if some good
punk, surf or garage band comes on and I'm on a twisty rode. For some
reason my fuel milage goes in the crapper, can't imagine why.

You know, that could very well be the best answer to the question.
"Becacuse that's what I'm riding"

I'm getting there. SWMBO said I needed a hearing aid. :-)

Cruise control on a bike? This year got my first cage with
cruise control and it's 9 YO. Wife's new one has it. It's
getting harder to find a plain one nowadays.

[OT] Also finally broke down and got an OBD-2 analyzer, Actron 9180.

Well, the signs on the Michigan freeways say that nothing under 125cc is
allowed.

So, at least 125cc.

We have the 50cc tourers here, going to rallies. I'll be touring on my
motard bike before Christmas. getting out there and riding is more
important than the type of bike.

Amen brother. I rode my son's Reflex 250 to work the other night. 100 miles
total. Wasn't half bad, actually. Reasonably comfortable and kept it at 70
with no real strain. Still, I wont be giving up the Bandit or ST anytime
soon. ;-)
