This forum needs a new name -- one that has nothing to do with motorcycles!

Hmmm .... guns, oil, twin tower collapse theories, war in Iraq,
computers, anti-diversity, stock market, ....
How about rec.motorcycles.advocacy?
New charter:
[quote]
1.4 The Charter of rec.motorcycles.advocacy
The charter of rec.motorcycles.advocacy is:
For discussion of the benefits of Motorcycles.
That single sentence is the one and only charter of the
newsgroup rec.motorcycles.advocacy. The newsgroup's charter is
for the newsgroup as a place for supporters of motorcycles to
gather to discuss motorcycles, for the betterment of the
motorcycling community and the promotion and development of
motorcycles. It supports this as a place for those who would like
to learn more about motorcycles to come to learn from those who
know motorcycles. It does not call for it to be a place where the
anti-motorcyclist propagandists gather in order to discredit
motorcycles.

No, but I just lurk most of the time, post occasionally, tend to skim past
most of the BS here. FWIW, I've been riding for better part of ~30 yrs,
metrics and (currently) Harley.
