Yep I live in N Jax Beach abt a mile from the Ocean
If you left here in 69 and have not been back you would hardly
recognize the place.
I grew up In Florida. Mostly South /central Florida around Cocoa Beach
and only
moved to jacksonville about 10 years ago (job). Osteen's has been in
St Augustine
for many years, I remember going there when I was little kid but I
don't remembr them a
sking for a Florida DL tho. Could have been tho, it s that kind of
place where locals go
to eat.
Green Cove Springs really has not changed all that much. Still a place
to
go when you don't want do do anything.
Great, we lived about 5 blocks from the beach on Oak Grove Circle (1802) I
think. We stayed there during Hurricane Dora, which was a mistake. I don't
know if you remember the 25 miles of the great sea wall that used to be
there, but Dora took all that out. They replaced it with rocks...Ugly as
hell and it destroyed surfboards at high tide. Can you still drive on
Neptune, Jacksonville, and Atlantic beaches?
