Nanny state legislators are at it again:

Linked PDF:

No more black cars or paint with less than 20% reflectivity beginning in
2012.
As if their bankrupt state hasn't enough problems rather than worry about
the color of something. The term "Cool Paint" in the PDF link is
interesting. Next will be dark colored houses, buildings, roofs.
The "all white" state.

Well...they got exactly the leglislator idiots they wanted. Serves
them right. Now the real question is, who is stupider? The congress
critters with these bright problem solving ideas OR the braindead
sheeple that elect them.
California bringing stupidity to higher levels with every election.

It's official. California has jumped the shark.
I think it's time to start petitioning Congress to cede California to
Mexico.

Reminds me of when these idiots wanted to ban air conditioning in cars a few
years back. It's like these clowns have nothing better to do.
Yesterday Ahnold was bragging about yet another program for the state to buy
guns from law abiding people so they could 'take guns off the streets.'
This, after raising our taxes again, and while trying to raise them even
further, because the state is out of money.
I honestly hope our state just goes bankrupt. It's the only way we'll get a
better government here.
Maybe Mexico will just repo the whole damn state. I doubt we'd notice,
anyway.

Don't they know that they will be contributing to "Global Warming" by
banning black paint? The heat will be reflected off of all the cars that
were once black, causing the air temp to rise, melting the polar ice
caps, raising the ocean levels and flooding the homes of all those
activists who want to ban the black paint.
