First, my condolences to the families and I hope nothing I write is
insensitive.

Second, I'm wondering if I'm going to be justified in my paranoia about
composite structures and/or software flight controls.  It will be
interesting to find out what the black boxes say, if they recover them.

This airplane is a poster child for what I don't think you should do to an
airliner.

It isn't BUT it is presumptive. They ain't dead until you find bodies.

Little Johnny, who was easily the least-attentive kid in his
Sunday-school class, was being quizzed by his teacher on that
very subject.

"So tell us all, Johnny, what is Easter about?"

"Well, this guy was put into a hole in the ground..."

"Yes, go on!" says the teacher, clearly impressed that he knows
ANYTHING at all about this.

"And three days later, he comes out...."

"Yes!  Very good!"

"And if he sees his shadow..."
