I may be some time, but oh Christ, I hope not.

Not the best of Christmasses.

Back whenever.

ITYMTS "my fraudulent activities" but I could be wrong. Maybe you are
bitter that you got caught trying to cheat someone and now are paying
the price. You are a bitter sad indiviual.

Simply for the sake of fact  - and indeed, TOG has also stated this. Spacker
was not the seller of the thing.

Er, what thing? Sorry, but I don't see Spacker's posts. If we're talking
the Ducati cans, yes, I negged the seller, no, I didn't threaten him,
yes, I reported him for false contact details and now no, he's no longer
on Ebay. Funny that. I wonder why.

If we're talking the 125, then yes, after the first buyer backed out, I
sold it to someone else off-Ebay, cheaper, but as others have noted,
Ebay weren't diddled out of any fees because I didn't file a non-paying
bidder report, so Ebay collects its final value fee. In fact, it gets
*more* because the FVF is calculated on the reported sale price whereas
the actual sale price was £100 lower.

And nobody seems to have a problem with this except Spacker and his
socks.
