Today I saw a few riders that looked to be in their late sixties,
maybe older. Man, I wish that this will be me 25 years from now, still
able to enjoy something I love so much!

Yup, just keep riding. John and Lance drove JD Harleys with Flexi sidecars from
LA to Sturgis and back unescorted at about that age a few years back. Got
featured in an EZ rider video.

As I approach retirement I am looking foreward to enjoying
motorcycling more. With the end of responsibilities comes the end of
not being allowed to take risks.

Amen! As I was riding through the WA Cascade Mountains today, and stopped
at a rest area on US Rt. 2 just west of Leavenworth, a C6 'Vette parked next
to me. As the folks were getting out of it, I said, "Looks like fun."
The driver pointed to my R6 and said, "So does that!"
And the passenger said, "This is what we call our 'life after kids.'"
"Me, too," I said.
