That's as it should be. Never said otherwise.

They check that for *everybody*, and they cheat every chance they get, too.

Did you notice that no one knew the street they were on or not
even the town for sure? I bet that's typical of 911 calls. Most
people probably don't pay much attention when they're traveling.
