I forget who denied it happens, but here is an example I just saw in
the alternative reality that is www.ebay.co.uk:
<http://feedback.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewFeedback2&userid=helebee61&ftab=FeedbackLeftForOthers>
Item number: 320328006370
Postal charge 99p. Stamp cost 29p, envelope 30p, cost of transport to
post office unknown.
2 Negs left (presumably multiple purchase) both saying:
"p&p charged £1.28 actual p&p 29p.emailed back with poor excuses for
over charge"
So not only is he moaning about getting a 70p discount on postage for
buying 2 items (£1.98 minus £1.28), he has obviously done a TOG and
demanded free packaging and a return of all the postal charge except
for the cost of the stamp. Then when the seller has said no he has
left the negs.

Sadly you demonstrate way more common sense than the majority of Ebay
buyers.

You mean it leaves them wide open to blackmailers who will get them
kicked off ebay if they don't give in to their demands.
