Here is a fun little time waster for those who recall the 50's
http://www.americantorque.com/game/car-show-50s/

I did better than I expected.
You got 4 out of 4. Average is 3.7 out of 4 (828514 players).

You got 81% (39 right out of 48). The average score is 73%

I got passed this link a few days ago by my 79 year old father-in-law
who got 42 out of 48.

According to my co-worker Roy who owns and has owned a number of
50s vintage Chrysler products, the car they identify as a Chrysler
New Yorker is in fact a Dodge, going by the Dodge badge on the front.
Not being an expert in that I defer to him.

I also got 39 out of 48, FWIW.  One of my other older co-workers
got 46 correct, he got the Willys and the Henry J mixed up.

Huh, I am pretty sure I called that one a Dodge.

My brother in law is a 50s car nut.  He has completed frame off
restorations on dozens of classic 50's Fords and one Nash Metropolitan
[1].  I am going to send the link to him and see how he does.

I guessed at a lot of them and for once got lucky.  It was fun to see
all those old cars again.

My new home town, High River, holds an amazing annual classic car show
in the summer.  They literally fill all of the downtown streets and the
campground with classic cars. There are cars there to fill any addiction
one might have.

[1] Before he restored cars he restored old planes.  He has three in our
Reynolds-Alberta Museum in Wetaskiwin. Gave up on the planes because
they were too expensive. Like cars are cheaper. ;-)

I'm not old enough to know anything about any of those cars from
actual real life experience.  When my family came back from Holland in
1969, the first thing my male cousins taught me was how to tell '55 to
'57 Chebbies apart by the taillights!

You got 77% (37 right out of 48). The average score is 73%

Interesting the bits of trivia that sticks with us no matter how many
years have passed.
