Welcome to the club. I have ~27k miles on my '07 FJR, and it just keeps on
getting better. My butt hurts after not too many miles but I think that's
more a problem with me than anything else. I had a Russell custom saddle on
my ZG1000 and it was better than stock but wasn't the panacea everyone seems
to think it should be. I've been using a Roho Airhawk cushion on the FJR &
it is better than the stock saddle alone. Maybe I'll take the plunge and
try another Russell.

They are lots of fun, but when I take off for a ride, I don't stop
for several hundred miles. I found a buyer and he's picking it up on
Friday.
I'm down to only 4 bikes:
1948 HD Bobber
2000 Electra-Glide
2007 Ninja 250
2005 Stella 150 2-stroke scooter from Hell
I like them all for the type of riding I do on them. The glide is
the only one I would ride more than 200 miles in a day.
